It works for what it's supposed to do. I can't see this piece of furniture being used long term because it is not the most sturdy but it holds all my books in my room so it does the job I need it to. Don't put super heavy books on it or it will be difficult to move around. Other than that it looks good but now that I have my colorful books on it, it looks kind of ugly to me lol but I like it because it fits between the small space of my dresser and desk so it fits in tight spaces which is really nice. But will probably get a new bookshelf down the road. If you're a college student looking to put all your books on something in a dorm space this is honestly so perfect because it's so convenient because it doesn't taking up a lot of space. It has not broken or anything so I'm happy with it. Also I'm terrible at putting stuff together but this was really easy compared to most of the Ikea stuff I've tried and given up putting together. So if you're bad at assembling stuff this is for you.
