The best part about this product has been its ease in use as well flexibility when compared with our previous products which were quite complicated during configuration stage itself alongwith complex UI/UX design at times! There are many options available under each section like Call Recording & Reporting etc., so one can easily setup their requirements accordingly without any hassle but too less support from sales team while implementing new features after release time frame (it's not always supported).
As mentioned above there have no major issue however I would request more updates regarding bugs fixes since we never receive such information unless asked specifically through ticketing tool - otherwise nothing comes up out side even though issues exist within few days span post implementation i'm afraid! Great Product if you want an easy solution than others having highly customizable option where everything fits into single dashboard / console view only!! We need.
