Use this auto selector with DVD players, TiVo and Nintendo Wii. It works great and switches flawlessly just by turning on my devices! Pros: * I have automatic input switching by simply turning devices on or off. * I can manually override the automatic input switching using the front panel buttons. * I can set priorities. Devices prioritize the input for auto switching and place higher priority devices on higher numbered inputs. Be sure to read the guide when setting it up, as input 1 is actually the lowest priority. It goes over 2,3,4,1 below. It confused me until I read the instructions. I don't currently use a suction cup stand as mine lies flat and I don't know how the stand works. But the selector still works perfectly horizontally.
