Review on 💡 Maxxima 18 inch LED Under Cabinet Light: 900 Lumens Warm White 3000K, On/Off Switch, Plug in, Energy Star by Tim Rios

I installed one of these (vertical) in a pantry/pantry to replace a burned out fluorescent light bulb. The color temperature is excellent, not too white or yellow. The light is 18" long with a 15" light bar. The light shines evenly along the strip and is much more efficient than the fluorescent tube it replaced. My setup is controlled by a wall switch, but if that's not an option, the light has an on/off rocker switch conveniently located on one end of the lightbar (on the surface, not the end). The screws provided are ok but too long for my purposes, just replacing them with shorter ones with heads the size of the keyhole slots that hold the lantern in place was enough. The cable is 5 feet long with a self-retaining connector for connecting to a mount. Of the lights I looked at, this one stood out for its light output, looks and price. It's well thought out and should last indefinitely. Two things that might be negative for some are 1) I don't think it's dimmable (since it doesn't say so in the specs) and 2) you can't 'tether' this fixture to a second one (something that You can find other lighting solutions under cabinets). All in all it turned out to be an excellent choice for my purposes, which I can recommend.
