The ability to monitor influencers and create campaigns for different segments of our target market. With this tool I can find out what my customers want or dislike about our products/services and then work accordingly. It's not very user friendly as far as navigation through the dashboard. This could be improved by adding more features like filters etc. There are no other platforms that offer such great functionality at an affordable price. My company has been able to increase sales with the help of this software.
