I measured as directed knowing the sizing would be unique and ordered two sizes up so I can wear a sweatshirt underneath and still feel comfortable . Hardly the vest buttoned, vest measured and measured again and it was far. Clearly a poor quality item. The collar is unfinished and left in such a condition that it rubs against the neck. The material felt good, not great by any means, but good. It arrived in a large oversized box which led me to believe it would be tougher but when I opened it it was still just crumpled at the bottom. I'm not sure why they bothered to ship it like this. If you're a really skinny little guy with no sense of touch down your neck, this might be something for you.
