I felt fine in the Peloton for rides up to 30 minutes, but once I started my Power Zones program and rides of 45 minutes or more, my feet started to swell and the shoe became too uncomfortable. After doing a little research I decided to try these shoes and they turned out to be much better. My 45 minute and 60 minute rides were fine and I'm not sure about my 75 minute rides, but it could be because I made them too tight. Overall I like this locking mechanism, but maybe I got too carried away with this particular ride and my feet got uncomfortable after 60 minutes. Next time I'll wear my boots less, which is easy to do. As for sizing, I took the same size as the Peloton shoes, which is one size larger than my regular Nike shoes.
