Received very well packaged as described. I've read other reviews regarding the volume and the label at the top of the outer rim. First, the volume is great, I can't hear well and I have no trouble hearing noise on the scale at low volume. Next, what's the problem with removing the label from the top? Turn on the monitor, use it for a while, it will get warm, then turn it off. Gently peel off the label at one end with your fingernail, just enough to grab it with your fingers, then slowly pull in one direction. If accidentally adhesive remains, use the adhesive backing of the removed label and apply the adhesive. This is a great monitor with crisp and clear colors, good sound from the built in speakers, works great and tilts for your viewing pleasure. I would highly recommend this HP monitor to anyone who wants a wide screen flat screen with built in speakers and at a very affordable price.
