I bought this pot to use with my Blackstone pan. I was looking for a pot to keep in the corner when cooking in the pan. This pot works perfectly. It is made of stainless steel and is well made. I just add whatever sauce I want to use or ghee to the pot and put it in the pan in the corner. That keeps sauces hot or my ghee melts. The brush is made of heat-resistant silicone. If I need to soak, add sauce, butter or ghee, I just take the top of the food and put it back in the pot. I like that the top and brush are in one piece. I don't have to worry about anything getting inside.
