After using a 6-ton Kirby in my 900-square-foot home for over a decade, it was time to upgrade to something lighter, without the power or sacrificing product quality. I've been using this Prolux for a few months now and all my complaints are about the design of my home, not this product. Aluminum sticks were the main selling point compared to the plastic sticks offered by "high-end" competitors. However, I didn't receive the instruction manual referenced in the fun quick start guide, which shouldn't be a problem unless you're having trouble distinguishing which end of the bulb fits in the socket. I would buy this product again in the future but hopefully not for many years as the design has to withstand my cannibalistic movements.
