A Poor Shopping Experience with Edary

As a product manager, I have to admit that I was dissatisfied with the overall Edary's online store purchasing experience. Although they have a trendy and diverse selection, the quality of their goods is in doubt. Although the apparel line appears appealing on their website, the quality of the actual goods is lacking. There aren't many choices in the average shoe collection. Although the jewelry selection is a little better, the items are not well-made and some of them even appear to be inexpensive. Their customer support is yet another problem. The staff is not very helpful, and the reaction time is slow. Additionally, the return procedure lacks user friendliness, which may aggravate consumers. Overall, I would not advise visiting Edary to buy. Numerous other web retailers offer higher-quality goods and customer support. As a product manager, I think Edary needs to enhance both the quality of their goods and the level of customer support if they want to keep customers and maintain their position as a market leader.
