I love its versatility. I thought different attachments would be great. The large round brush combs the hair perfectly and gives beautiful volume. However, it is very difficult to go through the hair with a small round brush. I almost thought it was plastic that I forgot to remove and it was melting, but it wasn't there. It's just so hard. It also caused a lot of breakage in my hair. I stopped using it after trying 3 sections of hair because it damaged my hair. The rest of the equipment is fine. I should have spent more money on a Dyson. This one is just fine. It also has 3 heating levels. 1) dry air 2) low 3) high. Air drying is fine. In fact, there is no average temperature. It is either warm and blows hard, or very hot and burns when blown hard. I feel like I can give it back.
