Feels like sleeping 1-2 hours longer at night

I am so excited about the return of this protein powder that I am about to break my 10+ years of never leaving a product review on Revain. That's great. Before I was a kid, I competed in rowing and that was my protein powder before bed. Even after I stopped training and started a corporate career, I continued to use this powder until it died many years ago. To be honest I felt like I was getting 1-2 hours more sleep at night when I was taking this instead of not. Although this was simply due to slow intake of casein protein, this was not the case for me. I have tried many other products but none made me feel energized in the morning after taking this product. I just ordered it so I'm curious if there's any magic left for me.
