Excellent support team who have been really supportive with any enquires that we required from them. Also, their rates are not prohibitively expensive as other carriers I've used - which is great because we're an Irish business! Their rates do need work if they want more businesses using/signing up! Great carrier though, good value services!! The main benefit of this service has helped increase efficiencies in processes by enabling one person (ie) a driver, to handle many tasks across the board. The best thing about the company is its customer service. I have found them to be very helpful and polite. I have never had a problem with them. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend them to others. I have had no problems with them. The only thing that I dislike about them is that they do not have a tracking system. We have been able to solve all of our problems with them.
