Because of all the cooking I've been doing since this pandemic, I've decided to buy a vegetable peeler. Some gadgets looked complicated and I wanted a simple, lightweight device that would work quickly and efficiently. This apple peel works great! Works with potatoes too. It's very easy to assemble (only 1 screw) and the suction cup fits snugly so it's nice and strong when you take it off. Today I used it to spiralize apples to bake with cinnamon, walnuts, and brown sugar. I'm so happy I'm buying them as a gift!
