According to the size chart, the medium would fit, and a large would be baggy. I opted to order an XL and it fits perfectly. I typically order dress shirts with a 34/35 sleeve length. The XL fits nicely. I haven't washed the sweatshirt yet, as I am nervous about potential shrinkage.
