Review on Kosttapaws Approved Breathable Collapsible Soft Sided by Amy Wilson

We are traveling with a puppy for the first time. Our airline says the maximum baggage height for our particular flight and aircraft is nine inches. The description for the medium gray bag says it measures 17 x 9 x 9. When shipped and measured with a ruler it measures 11 inches tall. It doesn't work for us and needs to be returned. Ironically, for the same blue or red item, the description says it's 11.8 inches tall. Why such a discrepancy? Also, it seems quite durable but can bend if necessary. The lower shell is mostly rigid with a soft lining. I can't say if it's really waterproof. I'm assuming the liner will absorb liquid, but anything it can't absorb will drip off since the bottom shell has no sides.
