I have a serious shoulder injury and an outrageous deductible. I've heard too many bad things about shoulder surgeries. I had to do something because nothing else worked. I really can't say if I got better, but I can say without a doubt that using this device is reducing my pain. I am very grateful for that. At this point I don't care if it gets better, I'm glad I have some relief that is long overdue. The only negative thing I have to say is that the pads don't last very long, but that might be because I use them a lot. I wish each set of pads could be set to a different function. Both must be in the same massage setting. However, they can be set to different intensities. I highly recommend this product.
