Great experience working together for first year

Logix has made the supply chain and customer service process seamless. I like the integration with our company and the customer service. The customer service reps have the ability to access the system from anywhere and have continued to evolve. I would like to see a little more automation to the system. I would like to have more control and less of a hands on process. The benefits I see with the system is improved inventory control and the ability to respond and process orders with ease. The benefits of the system is that I can have the system respond to orders based on a customer and a customer location. I can schedule orders and have the system respond to the customer. I can have the system respond to the location the customer is at. The benefits I have realized is improved inventory control and the ability to respond and process orders with ease. They have been very helpful in solving our problems that we were having at the time of implementation (we had many) and they are always there to help. I would highly recommend them! Nothing so far. We do not currently use any features from their platform but we hope this will change soon. Our current issues include better visibility into inventory across multiple locations and suppliers. This has allowed us to make more informed purchasing decisions which means less unplanned stock outages.
