I love this silk sleep cap that protects my curls and hair while I sleep. I chose pink. Very pretty, the headband is wide enough to wear a hat at night and keep the silk in your hair, and the elastic headband stays on your neck and forehead. Doesn't come off when I'm sleeping and tossing and turning a lot. It's not too tight. I fold it over my forehead for personal comfort and leave it open 2-3 inches at the neck. I attached the shiny silk side to my hair. Without a hat, I wake up with matted or tangled hair. With this I can take my hat off, shake out and style my hair, and it's good for another day of little or no refreshment. Plenty of room for my long, finely textured hair below the chest in the hood with no flattening unlike others I've tried. I can only recommend this high-quality hood. My ears don't hurt even when I wear them or cover them up. Doesn't get too hot and doesn't make your scalp or skin sweat like satin hats.
