After using the product for over 2 weeks now I can definitely see a significant improvement in the color of my teeth! After years of drinking tea, my teeth have definitely become discolored. I've tried whitening strips but the results are short-lived. I finally found that activated charcoal could get the job done. This product is specifically designed for teeth whitening (the particle size is very small so it does not have an abrasive effect on tooth enamel), unlike other types of activated charcoal for other uses (e.g. to treat indigestion). I bought soft bamboo toothbrushes for this purpose so as not to soil my normal electric toothbrush. It doesn't taste bad at all and also leaves a fresh taste in the mouth that lasts for hours. Only downside: It's a very small package, but you only need very little with each use - so lasts a while. It's also important to use it well in the sink, as it will ruin your black-stained bathroom rugs (especially if they're white, like mine!) - so it's a little messy until you improve your routine. I will buy again.
