Review on Stainless Steel 2 Tier Corner Shower Caddy With Suction Cups - No Drilling Required - Removable Bathroom Basket Shelf With Hooks For Wall Mounted Organization - Waterproof And Chromed by Jason Fanney

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Looks great until it comes crashing down.

Bought 7 of these shelves (3 corner & 4 straight) at $157 and really had high hopes. There were cheaper options but I was willing to pay more for a good set. Trusted the literature. Shower insert has a perfectly smooth fiberglass finish. Cleaned well with alcohol. When dry attached all seven shelves with strong pressure.I can apply force.Over the next 6 hours my wife and I heard 5 of them come crashing down at different times. Wow! What a disapointment. Had nowhere near the 22 lb load listed as able to hold.only placed 3-4 bottles of shampoo, etc in each.Read other reviews saying this happened to them, but didn't expect it to happen to us with smooth walls, adherence to instructions and proper prep. Will now have to use silicone caulk to affix. In fairness, not one shelf broke when they hit the shower floor. They do have sturdy construction. They should include 4 suction cups vs 2 which may improve the ability to remain in place.maybe you'll have better luck.maybe you'll have better luck.
