I've never bought socks that expensive but wow they fit my feet well and protect against rocks. Socks fit snugly on the legs. I wear size 10 shoes and bought the medium ones as I wasn't sure if they would match the big stores. You know, when you buy a pair of socks that fit sizes 8 through 12, and when you pull them on the heel, it lands on the outside of the shoe. Anyway, I love these socks so much I've bought 10 more and use them for pretty much everything. My wife wears 8 shoes and she loves the small size of these socks. Another thing to avoid confusion between washer and dryer is to order different colors. The woman is green and I am grey-haired.
