You get what you pay for

Despite other reviews' warnings about the quality, it was hard to pass up the value. So far they seem strong enough. They were delivered with scratched paint and rust. Since they aren't used outdoors, I don't have to worry too much about rust. I sanded the rust off and repainted. They're big enough and strong enough for my needs so they're a good buy.
