Review on OXO Good Grips Citrus Squeezer by Nancy Holland

At first I thought the citrus juicer was easier to use and gave more juice than squeezing by hand or using a citrus expander. I've been making a lot of margaritas this summer and decided I needed a tool that doesn't require as much pressing force and makes more juice. Then I bought a KitchenAid Juicer Attachment. Yes, more expensive but much easier to use, fruit really cleans and makes more juice faster. The image shows a comparison of a KitchenAid juicer, a citrus reamer and a citrus press, and a squeezed half lime next to each method. You can see how much cleaner KitchenAid left the limescale compared to the other two methods, especially the press. In this test, I squeezed about 15 limes. The juice freezes beautifully in ice cube trays and is so easy to make last minute cocktails with frozen lime cubes.
