Follow-up 08/08/2021 Free replacement kit sent by Hyeing customer service works very well. I have been very happy with them and impressed with how prompt the customer support was and how good the sound is with these headphones. Follow-up 18.07. After writing a support ticket as instructed, I received a response from them within 24 hours. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me another set. I received and charged new headphones. They seem to work, but like the other issues, either the right or left earpiece goes silent for 1-2 seconds from time to time. I don't know why, but I can live with it if they don't stop working altogether. 5 stars for customer service! Original post: I ordered them the day of Revain Prime and I really liked the headphones for the first few weeks. In the third week they stopped charging - both the case and the headphones. There is nothing to refer to for troubleshooting other than writing them to Service@amzdeals.vip as instructed for issues (that I am having). I'm waiting to see if I get a response from anyone and will continue this review when I do.
