Do not buy! First, there were no bases in the package. I didn't open the package until the day of the event (my own fault) and there was no reason. But I need to get it working as there wasn't time for a replacement. We put the lower bars in buckets of sand. Second, this thing doesn't even hold balloons. You slide the pieces together, but even with the glue dots they give you, it sags or falls apart in the middle AND on the sides. I've been messing with this for so long trying to get it to work I haven't had time to photograph this junk! Returned!
