Better than expected. A friend bought it for me as a Christmas present in 2016, so it took me a year and a half. Just bought a second one. I've bought other desk bags in the past that fell apart within days or weeks, so 18 months of almost EVERYDAY wear is a huge improvement, but I'll be honest: every zipper on this bag broke within weeks/months. I had to buy a bag with zippers, which is generally not that important. Towards the end, the reinforcements at the bottom of the bag began to fall off and wear holes began to form in several places. .
