In my capacity as a FRUITEAM client, I was dissatisfied. I was unable to locate the camping gear I needed on their website, despite the fact that they offered a broad variety of camping gear. When my purchase arrived, I discovered that the patio set and accessories were not as long-lasting as they had been made out to be. The umbrellas were cheap and didn't block enough sun, and the outdoor set deteriorated quickly. Not only were things already bad, but the customer care was subpar. Customer service was not helpful or quick when I called to ask about returning my purchases. The whole thing was annoying, and I ended up being dissatisfied with my buy as a result. FRUITEAM may have a wide variety of outdoor gear, but I was disappointed by the website's usability, the low quality of the products I purchased, and the unhelpfulness of the customer support staff. In short, if you're looking for high-quality, long-lasting outdoor equipment, don't buy anything from FRUITEAM.
