The bristles are very easy to remove as some other reviewers say. Not too many, but still. Every time I run it over my beard, 4-5 bristles end up in the bowl. However, it is a very pleasant feeling. The bristles are not too harsh on the face and the shape is perfect for a comfortable grip. The brush is really small, but not too small as some reviewers here claim. It's almost the perfect size for a perfect fit. It comes in a beautiful tin can and is accompanied by a tiny mustache comb, really tiny but also the perfect size for your mustache. Most importantly, this brush is made from synthetic fibers and not animal hair, so it's great for vegans like me. Update (after 1 week): The bristles seem to have stopped falling out of the brush after a few uses.
