For real? I received a shorted/burnt connector.
So I received the product as in the picture above. I opened the box and immediately smelled burnt. This is very unacceptable, especially for my upcoming trip. Glad I checked it out. The way to quality control. BY THE WAY. I rarely write bad reviews, but this one deserves a bad one.
