I've just opened the box, put the batteries in and first impressions are that this thermometer is way better than any I've had before. The only thing is that port number 1 is not working. I disconnected and connected different sensors to all 4 ports several times and all worked except the first one. I'll update this to 5 stars when I get an answer and hopefully they'll send me another one. Everything else works as stated. Can't wait to try this with my new smoker! Update - I still haven't heard from support. I've also tried going through the claim process and I can't even get past the first page! The product is not listed in the drop down lists on the warranty website. I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed and I'm not going to get a product that works. Just turned it back on to cook steaks and have a 20 degree difference right out of the fridge.
