It's not surprising, but good.
To be honest, I'm satisfied after three uses. I don't find it as good as the "other" brand, but satisfied. However, on my third use tonight, my brush made a huge hole and about a third of the reservoir is empty. Twenty dollars may not be a lot to others, but it is a lot to me. Finding that most of the container is empty is not happy at all.
