It was easy to install. We have a 55 inch TV so it doesn't surround the entire TV but we still love how it looks! Gives us some light when the lights are off, but it's behind the TV so it doesn't glare. The remote control only works if you point it at the receiver, which is located on the side of the TV. I love all the different colors. Some are lighter than others. Generally satisfied! If you want your TV to be 3D, it should probably be 40-45 inches.
