Broke out of the box - terrible warranty
Bought this as a gift for my wife who will be out of town for a few weeks. The on/off switch was blocked when it was very hot the first time it was used. Wouldn't turn off. Missed Revain's return window. The company charges $29.99 for a replacement if the problem occurs > 30 days after purchase. They call it a "1 year warranty". I call it useless.
