Thank you iSpring. They really tried to work with me on this, couldn't figure out why my block wasn't working with this filter. I've been buying for 5 or 6 years with no problems, then suddenly the design changed a bit and now my water tastes like chemicals. I've waited weeks, flushing and flushing pipes, to get this thing to stop leaking sediment on multiple reorders, and no luck. iSpring (again, to their credit) sent a newer model of their big blue case that cost me $890 to install the plumbing (it was a lot wider). Tried a new filter. Same problem. Stay away until they fix the design. It used to be good, now it's not.
