I have had this style of folding leg for many years. Even after breaking it a few times, fixing it with some screws and glue and it's still holding up (sort of). It was time to find a replacement and the corner lift option won me over. This build is very similar to the old one I had, but it actually seems even better put together. I thought the corner option might be unstable or loose enough that I couldn't trust it, but it's nice and solid, just what I was hoping for. This is great for me because I always have 20 different small items that I place in the same spot. -- little cables, remote controls, parts and gear for something I'm fixing, junk out of my pockets, etc. -- and I can just pick up all that stuff at once and take it to another place with these mini tables. It's very durable and I trust it. Legs won't hang out or accidentally fold; nothing like that. The great thing about wooden structures like this is that if they get damaged for some reason and they last that long, you can always glue and screw them back on for repairs. You can't go wrong with this.JSV
