Had problems with sensitive and bleeding gums. just like my brother. I recommended this as a testimonial for sensitive gums and as soon as I used it it acted as a sealant and stopped bleeding immediately (which happens when you brush your teeth) and also stopped occasional bleeding throughout the day. Same for my brother. It also tastes great, which is surprising for many natural toothpastes. I order more and don't think I'll ever use anything else. Words cannot describe how happy I am to have found a toothpaste that works. I'm waiting for the dentist's reaction to the condition of my teeth in general. Worked better than prescription non-natural toothpastes and other natural toothpastes. Definitely #1. Shipping takes forever so I order as soon as possible
