The ability to build 3D models that can be used across multiple disciplines. I dislike having to go back into my model when working with other departments or sub-contractors so it would be nice if there was some form of versioning. It really is a great tool for those looking at building their own homes but also useful as an asset management system. We use this software more than any other product we have worked with and highly recommend. This has helped our team work together better by being able to share designs between all members.
