Great product but I only have one problem
I bought this scale in 2013 and it was great. However the PSU stopped working a few weeks ago like it blown or something. I know it's an adapter because I used the same on an old calculator and it worked fine; now the adapter doesn't give any juice. Then I bought a universal adapter that could be set to the same settings, but it didn't work on ANY of my devices, including the scale. So I guess I need a new power supply made specifically for this scale. Who can I contact, who can tell me exactly the right adapter?
