LOCK STAYS STAY for alarms and anti-theft

I wish I could give it negative stars, this thing cost me so much money. I had it about 2 weeks. Then I went out to ride my bike and it got stuck, the lock wouldn't move. I spent an hour trying to get it off before finally going out and buying a tool to cut it off. I wanted it to protect against thieves, not myself. Good thing I was home and had a car.
