I had a panic attack when I realized my piercing was too deep in my belly button and wasn't healing properly. I needed a longer rod but they didn't have it and told me to see if I could find it. This is one of the few companies I could find that had longer sizes. They seemed reputable and I decided to give it a try even if it was cheap. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Came in a small zippered pouch, in a soft drawstring pouch, in another zippered pouch. Both balls come loose and appear to be well made. I have 9/16" but may need 5/8". If I do I will definitely buy from this company. For the price you really can't beat it.
