These hangers are larger than I expected. They're really easy to use once you get the hang of it (!). Hooking and unhooking is a pleasure. Just unhook the pole and rotate it. Even in pants at the crossbar there are no difficulties. I saved a lot of space in my small closet. To be honest I had some doubts if these hangers are rated for 5 pants. But they are more than adequate for my needs. However, I have to say that many of my long pants are very light - I live in the South West and rarely need heavy, warmer pants. I can't tell if it was 5 PR. heavy Levi's winter pants or wool pants would not overwhelm even these hangers. However, it definitely works for me and I will purchase additional hangers if needed.
