Review on 🏋️ X-BULL 10000 lb. Load Capacity Synthetic Rope Winch by Justin Ritter

When the package arrived I had some questions about the condition of the winch as the box was a little wrinkled and had blue tape covering it in places. When I opened the box, I was right. The winch is needed! It was obvious it was tuned into something at some point. The winch had dirt/dirt and scratches on the hull as well as paint on some of the wires! There were no fasteners! There was no winch controller! And the one who returned the winch left the lock in the box at first! Someone has to explain something!
