Do you know why you should buy this?

Do you know why you should buy this? For chicken breast and non-dry BBQ meat. For bread that is not crumbly in the middle. But for me, the number one reason is the wettest meatloaf you'll ever cook. You stick the probe in and cook the core temperature to 165, and not a second longer. The device has an alarm that lets you know when it's there. While a dry chicken breast or grilled pork can be pretty dry since you'll probably be covering it in sauce anyway, there's nothing worse than a dry meatloaf. Not when, after eating a great meatloaf, you know how good it CAN be. Lightly roasted chicken breasts are not that different from cooked chicken breasts. Oh yes, juicy chicken is MUCH better than dry chicken. But meatloaf? Not only is it BETTER, it turns a piece of meat-flavored cardboard into this delicious, melt-in-your-mouth thing. So grab one of these babies, hmm? Take about 80/20 ground beef, make a meatloaf (remember not to press it, the number one reason for a meatloaf that is too tight is pressure), use a probe and an alarm, thank me later. I've never been a meatloaf fan, but now I am. This is the power of having the right tools at your disposal. Both probes work well and quickly. I was so fed up with my old analog thermometer and it was so nice to have this one that shows temperatures almost like a flash. Like this meatloaf that was so good I cried with joy. My steaks and pot roasts are getting a lot better now too. This thing makes me boil again. Based on a comparison to my old-fashioned thermometer, it's ready to use right out of the box.
