There is a small screw on the locking ring that seems to be holding it in place and it kind of started falling out after only being used for a month and being in quarantine for most of that month spent, so it's not like I was totally rude with my phone. I'm honestly afraid the ring will just fall off, it's so lost. When I'm holding my phone and texting, the 9t no longer even snuggles or presses against it. It just falls. Losing support for my phone now so it's pointless. I ordered a real Popsocket wallet to replace it. Really upset that I can't return it because it's expired even though it's broken and it's only been a month?
