This is a well designed digital meat thermometer. It comes with instructions and a cheat sheet with recommended temperatures for different meats, poultry, seafood, etc. The instructions contain some grammatical and spelling mistakes, but are absolutely clear and understandable. The product is easy to use and the temperature measurement is almost instantaneous. The probe is a thoughtful folding design. There is also a bottle opener on the bottom. The device comes already calibrated but can be calibrated by the user which is a simple procedure detailed in the instructions. At this price you can't go wrong. I recommend! The manufacturer encourages reviews and this product deserves good reviews.
