I've had this for a few days and it stayed in place and did the job. I now have a Surface Pro X on my dashboard. I put the adhesive pad on the day before and then attached the suction cup. I'm going to try some concert apps and would like to be able to watch TV or play video games while waiting for offers. It's felt sturdy so far, but I'm not 100% sure it won't come loose while driving, so I take the tablet off when I'm on the road. The tablet holder is the best I've used and folds down easily. tablet back and forth. The SPX has a 13-inch screen and weighs less than 2 pounds, there's still room for more, but I wouldn't want to try anything heavier, although I think it's rated at 6 pounds.
