So as some other said, the plastic piece that keeps the tunnel upright is to long. That was a simple fix. I just put it in and marked the excess that needed to be cut with a permanent marker and then cut & rounded the edges. It does indeed hang fairly low as well, my guinea pigs are babies but I knew once they got older it would be a hard fit, so I took the bottom folded it over a bit pinned it down and then just hand sewed over it and pulled the pins out, so that makes it smaller and the actual tunnel sits up much higher. I haven’t washed it yet to see the wear and tear but my Guinea’s already love it. A little work yes but nothing a little time didn’t fix.
