Media could not be loaded. The Cr-6 is quite difficult to check, but basically very easy to use. If you're considering a purchase, you've probably seen a mix of rave reviews and horror stories, so let me share my experience, which is kind of a combination of the two, but mostly amazing. Offset Z printers were not installed by default. I tried everything, couldn't get it to work. Then out of nowhere it stopped loading, couldn't solve it. So I felt like I had a dud. The printer has a strong and active community and sainsmart has great customer service. Both told me I needed to update the firmware, after which both issues were resolved. The Z offset worked correctly and the loading issue was completely resolved. The process wasn't difficult at all and the community members told me exactly how to do it. Since then I've made great progress. Smaller models and a large amazing Orc model that took me 70 hours to complete. It looks so good though. The detail the cr-6 produces is superior to both my printers, it can't even be compared, and to me it's very, very close to the detail of resin. Leveling, which is the bane of my existence on other machines, is a simple push of a button and two minutes of patience. I'll probably use more CR-6s just for the amazing ease of use. I can't tell you how much I love popping in my SD card, pressing print and walking away. No hours of alignment or fine-tuning, just set up and go. The ease of use combined with the details make it one of the best, if not the best, FDM printers on the market today. I strongly encourage you once you get to your doorstep to browse the cr6 social media communities and see the success stories for yourself. This is still a very new printer, early versions had creases that current printers don't have. There are far more happy and highly successful printers than failures.
